      Probably it is waste of time and energy. if you havenot got solution with ayurvedic doctors and medicine how you will get benefit by going to Kerala. Try to find a good doctor near to you.

      There are many reasons for hair loss, heriditory, diet, sickness, polution, water quality, etc. isolate the problem and rectify the same.

      relook your diet with help of Ayurvedic doctor. reduce oil & faty foods . avoid junk foods. wash hair regularly and keep it clean.

      Laser comb has some effect and seen new hair grow with few friends. again it may not necessary to work for all.

      Dont fret! Just follow my advice> It worked for me! Get yourself a Mahabhringraj oil ( I get mine from Pune) Which contains Bhrahmi and Maka. Apply every alternate day and leave it to soak in for about an hour or so and then wash off with a gentle shampoo,preferably ayurvedic and atter wiping off excess water apply a hair conditioner like Pantene.(Dont rub into scalp) After a month or so you will see a marked difference.Make this a a habit.
