When Should You Remove a Mole? – Body Bureau

“Doctor, I have so many moles, there must be something wrong with my health. Please can you remove them?” This is a typical sentence you might hear in a dermatologist’s office, but in many cases there is nothing to worry about.

Often our doctors carefully examine every mole on a patient’s skin with special device called a  dermatoscope, and reassures the patient that majority of the moles are not harmful. “Moles should be monitored and checked. Whether or not you need to remove them, however, is a matter for the specialist “- says the Northway Medical Center’s Dermatologist Asta Dumbliauskiene.

When is it right to remove moles, and when is it not? When is the best time to remove them? We talk to Doctor Dumbliauskiene about these issues.

Doctor A.Dumbliauskienė reminds us: the best time to remove birthmarks and moles is when the sun outside is not too bright.

– What is a mole?

– Not all formations on the skin are moles by default. Sometimes people confuse moles and pigmented spots (freckles), skin tags, benign (non-cancerous) lentigines or seborrheic keratosis.

Moles – benign lesions on the skin. However they can change, in other words, become malignant, so it is very important to prevent this and keep an eye on them.

– What features should make a patient more cautious?

– Generally speaking, there is the so-called ‘ABC’ rule that can help you:

A – Asymmetry.  A mole that is asymmetrical, not round and regular for instance, or other asymmetric shapes, should raise suspicion.

B – Borders. A mole’s edges should be equal. If any edge is uneven, like jagged, it will would be worth checking with your doctor.

C – Colour. A mole should be a solid colour so if some of it gets darker, or darker dots appear, or all of it gradually becomes darker, you should get it checked out.

Dermatologists further evaluate with D – is dermatoscopic formations. This is investigated by viewing with a dermatoscope – as mentioned, the key device for dermatologist.

For the patient it is difficult to decide whether a mole dangerous or not. Sometimes, the patient comes in concerned about one irregularly-shaped mole, but after it is removed it turns out that it did not pose any danger. Instead – nearby – is a black, flat mole that the patient did not even suspect and, as it turns out, this mole can be abnormal and needs further investigation.

– Does the size of the mole matter?

– Although it is said that moles up to half a centimetre in diameter are harmless, it is best to be evaluated by a doctor. But if a mole begins to grow rapidly, evolve or change the answer is unequivocal – this should be of concern.

If moles are increasing and changing, and it is alarming, it is worthwhile to consult a doctor.

– Often women notice that moles appear after pregnancy and childbirth. Are these dangerous moles?

– During pregnancy there are changes in hormone activity so moles can increase, become swollen or alter slightly. However in most cases moles return to their original state.

– What happens if the doctor finds a mole that causes them concern?

– If the doctor finds a mole that looks abnormal, they cannot be removed by usual external methods. All such moles should be cut out surgically for histological examination.

– And if the moles are normal, and present no danger?

– If they do not raise suspicion, judged individually, then sometimes people ask us whether it is necessary to remove a mole. In these cases the answer is no, normal spot removal is not necessary. But if it is located in a place where it is constantly irritated, for example, around your neck or on your stomach, enduring the constant irritation of a chain or belt, or in an aesthetically disadvantaged area, then it can be removed.

A constantly irritated mole can quickly become damaged or painful, rather than one which is not in a place of easy irritation.

By the way, the most ‘vulnerable’ moles for this sort of irritation appear in the armpits, groin.

– How are benign moles are removed?

– Moles, which do not have any of the changes that may indicate their malignancy, can be removed at our clinic removes by applying Cosmetic Radiosurgery .

Radiosurgery is attractive because it causes minimal tissue damage. It’s like polishing, when tissues are removed layer by layer. The less damaged the tissue, the better wound healing.

– After treatment, are there are any traces of the former mole left?

– Currently there is no mole removal method which does not leave some sort of mark. After radiosurgery procedures a very blurry spot usually remains. At first a pink stain will be present, which will gradually become lighter. We can’t say that there will be not even the slightest trace left, but it is not as visible as if you were to have it removed surgically by scalpel. Radiosurgical method is even known as mole removal without cutting.

– After the procedure, can patients return to normal life?

– For the first day the patient can’t wash the wound, but from the next day showering is allowed. Visits to the sauna, swimming pool, steam room, or lying in the bath are not recommenced for 7-10 days. It’s also better not to plan any heavy exercise, or to go on a trip where you will be sweating heavily. And most importantly – for at least a month after the treatment do not to expose the area to the sun, or visit a sun bed. Otherwise the area might not recover normally and instead a pigmented stain can appear. Therefore, dermatologists do not advise the removal of moles from parts of the body that are open to the air in the summer. Such procedures are best to plan for a different time of year.

– Is the sun is dangerous for moles?

– Sunlight encourages normal spot growth, increases in size or other changes.

But even if we were to remove all moles located on the surface of human skin, the risk of developing melanoma would remain at around 50 percent. Therefore, sunscreen should protect not only moles but also the skin.

Younger girls should be reminded – not only do you need to watch out for the sun, but tanning salons as well. Man-made radiation is no less dangerous than UV rays from the sun.

And normally, people only think to protect their skin with protective creams when going to the beach. I would like to remind people that it is necessary to keep the skin protected on a daily basis, whenever it is exposed to the sun.

Moles receive additional negative solar charge, in addition to that wrinkles appears faster.

The skin needs to be protected, and the fact that it prevent malignancies and aging.

– Will those whose skin is darker need to be cautious as well?

– Yes, everyone should protect their skin from the sun. It’s just that generally, the darker the skin the lower SPF factor cream is needed.

– What is the riskiest part of body?

– For Men – ears, neck, shoulders and back. Often men forget to protect these places with a cream, and they tend to get the most sunlight.

Women – decollete, face and legs. Usually women forget to protect their legs appropriately.

Also, everyone needs to pay attention to their hands and feet. And sometimes melanoma develops in the pigmented part of the eye. To avoid this we always need eye protection on a sunny day  – the need to wear reliable glasses, that protect from the sun’s harmful rays.

What we know as Dihydrotestosterone or DHT, is a hormone synthesized from male testosterone. Androgenetic Alopecia or Male Pattern Balding is indicated by an increased level of DHT in the scalp. This increase causes unsightly bald patches, increased hair fall, receding hairlines and other common signs of balding.

5-Alpha Reductase – an enzyme naturally produced in the human body, reacts with testosterone to produce DHT. Common Natural DHT Blockers or DHT Inhibitors like Procerin, Advecia, Avacor, are popular natural DHT Blockers and exhibit the capacity to block the synthesis of testosterone into DHT by inhibiting the 5-Aplha Reductase activity.

The only natural DHT Blocker specially suited for male pattern balding and hair loss in men is Procerin. Men of all ages and at all stages of hair loss can benefit from Procerin which has been tested and found to have no side effects. .

Other topical treatments like Revivogen, Crinagen, Progesterone Creams and Xandrox also lay claim to minimizing or blocking the amount of Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) production.

Procerin is for male hair loss. An exclusive natural DHT blocker for men it focuses on the reducing DHT in the scalp region where DHT binds with follicular tissue to inhibit hair regrowth and cause hair fall.

Procerin, with Saw Palmetto, Magnesium, Zinc Sulfate, Vitamin B-6, Pyroxidine 5mg, CJ-11 Factor, CJ-9 Factor, and a proprietary blend of Gotu Kola, Nettles, Pumpkin seed meal, Siberian Ginseng, Yohimbe, Muira Puma Root, Uwa Ursi and more as its ingredients, is a mix of natural DHT blockers, vitamins and herbal/mineral supplements.

Procerin with its various vitamins, minerals and herbal extracts blocks DHT naturally and encourages hair regrowth as well. The factors responsible for hair loss in men, which generally starts around 18 years and goes well into the late thirties, could be either genetic, dietary, lifestyle oriented or due to medication.

How can i remove flat moles naturally?
i have about 13 small, flat moles all over my face. and im really starting to hate them. please, does anyone know of any natural ways they know work to remove flat facial moles at home? thank you.

    • ANSWER:
I know you can use hydrogen peroxide to remove moles. just rub it on with a q-tip and eventually it will scab and fall of (I tried it, it left a little scar but it faded!) but you say these moles are flat so it probably won’t work but give it a try! chin up beautiful! they’re called beauty marks and i bet they’re perfect <3 i wish I had them!

  2. QUESTION:
How to remove moles that are located on my face that are part of your skin?
I have 4 moles located on my face that are not raised but lay even with my skin. Almost like a ingrown mole. I have tried a few natural remedies and none have worked. Is there away to remove these moles with out surgery.

    • ANSWER:
Hi, the flat small moles usually are easy to remove. If you already tried some home remedies I suppose that you did not apply the exact substance or the term of the treatment. If you plan to try another method I would like to give you an advice: even that the home remedies look safe and gentle they also could burn your skin so you have to apply the exact quantity for the exact term. And I advice you to protect the surrounding skin. Usually our volunteers that try home remedies use Vaseline.

Of course you could try a laser to remove your moles. It is not an operation actually. The laser destroys only the melanocytes, the cells that cause the pigmentation. The laser removal will not leave any scar and probably you will need two or three treatments. It is not painful. The bad news is that the laser treatment is moderate expensive but it is better to talk with your physician about the price.

I’ve seen some home remedies like pineapple juice, vinegar, etc…does anyone have any proven methods?

I’d like to clean my face up, as these moles (if they are even moles) are annoying.
They are on my cheeks, yeah. I have about 7 total, 3 on one, 4 on the other.

    • ANSWER:
They are probably clogged pores. To avoid damaging your face seek a dermatologist. But you can use a pore cleanser which will make your pores smaller so dirt does not get clogged in them. If they are on your nose and cheeks you can use Biore strips.

But, it got infected because I picked on it & picked on it when it got bumpy, it had been on my face for 4 years. One year it didn’t get bumpy, so it was flat for one year after that. I picked on it again, and now it’s flat and it’s almost faded – like any acne on our faces!!!! But usually, I even try to darken it with eyebrow pencil. I’ve always have clear complexion, but I noticed when it gets cloudy I couldn’t protect myself from the heat, so that’s why it got bumpy again.

I had a mole on my thigh that was throbbing. It was the size of a pencil eraser. Dermatologist told me it wasn’t cancer, but I had it removed (3 stitches) but it got infected. I couldn’t keep water from it when I take a shower and it left me a 1 1/2″ scar, but it was still throbbing. My other dermatologist injected something around it, and it got flatter, but the throbbing stopped. That was 6 years ago, but the throbbing starts again, but the scar is almost gone. I should have left it alone, but the throbbing was annoying me!

Moles that are the same color as your skin, will become bumpier, not darker, & larger, but they will become as skin tags. Again, don’t try to cut them yourself without having seen by a doctor. I’ve cut mom’s skin tags, all 37 of them, and only 2 of them bled. But, I put a Band-aid, and it was fine several hours later. • QUESTION:
Very bad skin construction and needing tricks to fade out (older) acne marks?
Unfortunately, I’m suffering from a form of acne that is emotionally very painful. My dad has a genetic deficiency, responsible for causing excessive acne, and that has attached to me as well. I do not blame him, but I’m just so pissed at reality. Why the hell do I have to go through this? Acne is sooo useless. I have shallow acne since I’m 11 and severe acne since I’m 13. Now I’m 18.5 and it’s still in action. My dad had been acne sufferer for 10 years (13-14 to 23-24), I don’t wanna go through the same (but it seems likely that I’m going after him).

Even though I tried a wide variety of curing methods, none of them has caused a significant progress. Through all these years, acne has first been on my forehead, then also shoulders, then upper arms and now my jawline and neck are having tremendous outbreaks. Often, this is cystic acne (deep and red), the little whiteheads are more around my chin and eyebrows.

I have tried almost anything on the regular market; such as creams, gels (they kill bacteria), benzoylperoxide, vinegar, so many things that I forgot the half. I’d also been to a professional dermatologist who gave me skin treatment, and eventually, my mom was so awesome to pay a shitton for microdermabrasion + laser therapy. But really, really nothing helps… Now I’m on an expensive cream for acne scars. But after one month, I still have thick cysts. What is this for bullcrap? I’m 18 now… As you can see, I’m highly annoyed, I just feel overly fed up. Is this the fate of genetics? Is it really so determined that I have to go through this?

Of course I know those general tips, such as drinking water e.g. But they don’t work anyway, my acne is not due to external factors or my living condition. I drink enough, I eat properly, I sleep enough, I am not stressed, I sport like 4 times a week. My BMI is somewhere around 18, I’m quite skinny.

What especially frustrates me, is the fact that ANYONE I met around (my age), has a more normal face than me, and the difference is very significant. Nearly anyone has at least a few spots while being a teenager, but at this age, you can’t see that, one should have a smooth/soft face. My whole skin tissue, in contrast, is messed up, and every spot that I’ve ever had, has left a mark. My forehead and nose show a lot of black points and tiny pink “holes” (filled skin piece), my jawline and chin have red foggy marks (they’re flat and have rooted into my natural skin structure) – these are the worst. Skin level is slightly unequal. Neck has white scars. Back shows all white dots. Acne has affected all of my face in a different way. Only my eyelids have “healthy skin”!

This should stop ASAP, but how? The red marks that make my skin look so troubled and unpretty, do not react on any type of cream. I think they should be removed straightly from skin, such as with surgery or, like you do with warts; liquid nitrogen. That seems the only way to remove it literally. Yet still I wonder, isn’t there any stuff that could fade it out faster? :( Because I have no idea where to get the money from, I’ve put so much cost and effort in it already… It’s a hopeless thingy. Most curing methods are aimed at moderate acne, the normal acne that everybody goes through in puberty… But with me it’s different, I think that my skin construction is far too complicated to use general treatment. It just can’t respond to that.

Does anyone have similar experience, tips or tricks, I’d be eager to hear. Thanks in advance!

Hopefully I don’t seem too pathetic in this post, but probably the emotional side is emphasized. Sorry for complaining, I’m just pissed and also disappointed. Never take it personally. :)

      i’d pass on the oats.

plain milk of magnesia, sugar free one works very well. Google it, it works and it’s inexpensive, put on face as mask at night (or just on spot areas) wash off in the morning.
Why does it work? acne are usually bacterial spots, milk of magnesia is a high alkalinity PH 10+ and bacteria can’t survive in higher than PH 8. Thus spot dry up and disappear very quickly.
Here’s a link to some reviews from an acne forum below, google it to see too.
You can buy any brand you like at cvs, walgreens, walmart etc, just make sure it’s the plain sugar free no color or flavors to it.

  • How to Get Rid of Freckles & Moles from the Face?

    Jill McDonald

Freckles are a common occurrence and are simply a little spot on the skin where the pigmentation is darker than the other areas. Most people typically have freckles from genetic factors and those with fair skin tend to have freckles far more often than those with darker complexions. Freckles are similar to age spots, although freckles are usually present for life while age spots come about after repeated exposure to sun over the course of a lifetime.

How Do You Get Rid of Freckles & Moles from Your Face?Moles, on the other hand, are often raised but can be flat, and are also dark spots on the skin. Moles are often larger and can continue to grow while freckles usually stay the same size. Since both moles and freckles are affected by sunlight, you could simply avoid sunlight exposure, since natural skin brighteners would require that as well. Moles and freckles are both caused by an excess of melanin cells and since melatonin production is stimulated in response to sunlight, this is an easy way to help existing moles or freckles to fade while preventing more from occurring.

Interestingly enough, long before beauty products lightened skin, there were already many natural skin brighteners available to you. Buttermilk is one of the oldest and best methods to lighten dark spots on the skin, and some of today’s skin brightener products do feature lactic acid as a brightener.

Lemons are another of the best natural skin brighteners, and it can help treat acne and exfoliate the skin as well. Rub a raw lemon over the skin once or twice a week and leave it on for about ten minutes. Rinse well and you will immediately see a difference in your skin tone and complexion and it might help remove your moles or freckles as well.

While there are many really good brightening products on the market, you can also get help from your very own kitchen or garden, since there are many natural botanicals that are thought to help whiten or soften the complexion of freckles – among them elder flower water and cowslip water. If you don’t have the means to remove your freckles yourself, you can use an over the counter product or you can visit your dermatologist to see what options are available to you.

Remember, if you want to keep from getting more moles or freckles, stay out of the sun and use a strong sunblock when you will be exposed to sunlight.

Some beauty spots respond to bleaching creams or chemical peels, with laser treatments as another option to lighten dark sports or remove them completely.

Laser treatment and surgical options for beauty mark removal include cauterization, cutting or shaving. In some cases, mole removal leaves a scar and sometimes beauty spots grow back in the same spot and need further treatment to be completely removed.

If you choose to get rid of beauty spots with a laser procedure, you’ll probably need to apply topical treatments for side effects and you should avoid sun exposure.

Bleaching creams for home use are probably the least effective option for beauty mark removal since they don’t work particularly well for large beauty spots and applying them to small beauty marks without spreading them on the surrounding skin can be difficult.

    What Causes Beauty Marks

Most beauty spots are birthmarks, but some can form over time by the accumulation of pigment under the skin, sometimes as part of acne scars.

Some beauty marks can appear over time on sun damaged skin and freckles can sometimes turn into beauty spots without posing any threat to your health. Regardless, when a mole or freckle changes its size or color, it’s important to see your dermatologist to ensure you’re not dealing with a precancerous cell formation.

    Celebrities with Beauty Marks

Beauty spots turned into a fashion in the last century based on Marilyn Monroe’s sex appeal. Madonna and Cindy Crawford have also sported similar beauty marks on their upper lip while Eva Mendes, Scarlett Johansson, Natalie Portman and Elizabeth Taylor have beauty spots on their cheeks.

Some celebs, like Dita Von Teese, used artificial beauty marks to get an iconic look, while others, like Sarah Jessica Parker, Madonna and Cindy Crawford, have opted to remove their beauty marks, giving up the iconic look.

Easy Surgical Methods For Mole Removal On Face | Alternative …

Several people tend to struggle with mole problems and it is not easy to keep the moles hidden from sight with the help of your clothes. But, it is not possible to hide the moles if they are on the face or lips. The thing to find is a solution for mole removal on face without thinking about the scars. Moles are very horrible in appearance and can be quite off putting for people in general. Although moles are not harmful to your health, they can cause a lot of embarrassment to the patient.

Face moles can be easily removed with the help of different surgical procedures. Doing so is not an easy task which is why you require a good doctor to help you out. The problem is that moles might grow back easily if the first surgical procedure is not done correctly. There are various alternatives available with respect to surgical procedures for mole removal. You need to decide appropriately as to the type of procedure to be undertaken in consultation with the dermatologist. Cutting and burning are some of the mostly used procedures to remove the moles.

Normally, moles are not known for doing harm to the body but they can certainly become cancerous if not treated at the earliest stage. The patient is normally subjected to local anesthesia in order to cut off the moles from the skin. Cutting off the mole is normally associated with the removal of the surround tissue as well. Stitches are required in order to close a wound that is created after the procedure near the affected area. The stitch of the wound has to be taken care of within a few days of the completion of the procedure. Plug biopsy is another method that is often used in order to eliminate the smaller moles from the affected areas of the body.

Flat moles are often seen attached to the surface of the skin in different areas of the body. So, it is not always feasible to get rid of these moles by cutting them. Every medical professional uses liquid nitrogen for the process of freezing flat moles. Moles attached to the surface of the skin can very well be cleared with this method. A scab is left behind temporarily after the mole is frozen. The scab takes a short duration of time in order to fall off from the skin. It is certainly not a good idea to remove the scab forcefully by pulling it off as it may result in a scar.

All these methods are quite useful for mole removal on face but it is suitable to get advice from your doctor. The one thing that may be a deterrent is that the money spent on the surgical procedure may not be covered in the medical insurance. You may be able to avail money through insurance but on the condition that the mole is cancerous. You may require undergoing more than a single sessions order to completely eliminate the moles on the face to avoid future problems. To make sure that the skin heals completely after the surgery, follow all the instructions as set by the doctor.

How much will a dermatologist charge for removing small flat moles?
I have one small half-inch dark-brown flat mole on the corner of my face near my eye.How much will a dermatologist charge to remove it?And how old do you have to be to get them removed?

      • ANSWER:
To remove a mole surgically will easily cost and above depending on the size and type of the mole. Most surgery method leaves behind an unsightly scar that is more prominent than the mole itself. You better think twice.

Usually laser treatment is more favorable to treat small flat moles. But the downside of it is the associated high cost. You will need a minimum of 3 sessions to remove a single mole.

Why not try natural alternative. I got mine removed with baking soda and castor oil. You can easily get hold of these ingredients in your kitchen, plus it is painless. Most of my moles drop between 7 to 10 days, leave no scar!

Hope you find this method works for you too!

      • ANSWER:
        Hi Arren,
Please, no to all your personal suggestions. Tiny little moles on the face should be removed by a professional, like a Dermatologist. The procedure used requires a precision hyphercator or a laser, and it’s not at all that expensive.
Most doctors will allow you the opportunity to carry payments and if your under 18 year, you’ll need a parent signature on the release.

    14. QUESTION:
How can you get rid of moles without surgery and expense?
I used to go to the tanning bed a lot and as a result have developed quite a few flat brown moles all over my stomach and back. My dermatologist said to remove them, it would cost 0 per mole and scarring may occur. I wonder if there is any other way to get rid of these without surgery. Possibly creams, freezing, or laser?

      • ANSWER:
YOU NEVER… Freeze or burn moles off yourself. They could be cancerous and the only way to know that is to go to the Dermatologist!

Although it is just an old wives tale that you could bleed to death… You could cause a wound worse than the mole itself because most moles do have roots (yes, like a plant) and think about the last time you pulled up a dandelion? What was just below the surface? A root that broke in half that goes down twice as far as the height of the plant itself.

You only freeze and or burn WARTS… NEVER moles!

    15. QUESTION:
How to get rid of facial moles?
I have quite a few moles on my face but they don’t protrude just bascially small flat moles. I have tried removing them by myself by it didn’t work. Do I have to go for some laser treament or use any sort of cream that will at least lighten the moles? Thanks

    16. QUESTION:
What is the best and safest way to remove flat moles and small dark freckles?
I am considering laser, but not sure due to the cost of an arm and leg. (I live in Sydney)

      • ANSWER:
Yes, I had some of these taken care of recently. Dermatologists use liquid nitrogen to freeze these. They turn black and fall off as the blood supply is cut off. If this is on face and you are scar prone, you may want to think about it.

Here in America, if it is deemed cosmetic the insurance will not cover the same. But if it is deemed necessary, then they will. Try several dermatologists and choose one that is favorable. Read up the feedback from patients reg. the doctor if they are available.

If they are big, there was one practice that they used to in olden days. Tie horse hair and keep tightening till it falls off …. some have claimed it worked for them .. not sure.

    17. QUESTION:
How to remove a shoulder mole?
I have a flat skin mole on my shoulder and wanna know how I can remove it at home. Any answers?

      • ANSWER:
A mole is natural. Removing a mole is not natural. There is no such thing as natural mole removal. You can find a bunch of creams and lotions advertised for removing moles but they don’t work. There is no way to get rid of a mole completely without cutting it out, freezing it off, shaving it off, or burning it off with a laser – all of these require a doctor if you want to avoid the possibility of scarring.

    18. QUESTION:
How long is there a scab after mole removal?
I have a flat normal size mole but i want to know how long it takes for the scab to fall off and also which scab will fall off first one from a laser or from being scraped off? Please Help!

      • ANSWER:
The lasered scab willl probably fall off first. When I got moles removed it took about 2 weeks for the scab to fall off. Don’t scratch at it. You’re probably going to end up with a scar, I did.

How would i cover a bad-looking mole on my face?
i have a small, flat brown mole (birth mark) on my nose and i was just wondering what i could do to hide it.
      thanks!

      • ANSWER:
Concealer. Use it after you apply your foundation.

If you can afford it ..birth marks can be removed with the help of laser treatments. The number of sittings depends on how big and dark the mole is.

    21. QUESTION:
I was just wondering if anyone has ever gotten any moles removed from their face?
I’m talking about flat moles on the face. I have quite a few on either side of my cheek, which are about this size > ” o “.

What method did you use? Laser? Razor? Beauty Salon? Does anyone know any places (in the GTA) where they’ve done a fantastic job? I want to be sure especially since it’s on my face.

      Thanks a lot!

      • ANSWER:
I had quite a few of the same sized moles all over my body(maybe 10 or so) and I removed them myself with apple cider vinegar. It sounds strange huh? But it honestly did work. I first tried it out on one on my stomach to test but I had three on my face and they are now gone. It leaves a red mark where the mole was but they faded quickly and I can’t even tell where most of them ever were.
Here is the link I used for directions on how to remove it.
        http://www.earthclinic.com/CURES/moles.html
I hope it helps you too. Ask me if you need any more info.
Alternatively there are a few dermatologists that will lighten your moles for you. Apparently it is not very long lasting but if your not to keen on the ACV idea then maybe that is a viable option?

    22. QUESTION:
How do I naturally get rid of a beauty mark(small, flat mole)?
Any way I can do it without surgery/lasers? Is there a type of cream to help get rid of it?

      • ANSWER:
There are many over the counter creams available for the purpose of mole removal. One of the common one is Dermatend. However, I do not dare to use it as it contains bloodroot, which is said to be harmful to the skin and can cause severe scarring. I was once annoyed with my moles and have attempted to remove them myself using all sorts of methods except surgery as I can’t afford the pricey procedure. Of all these natural remedy, I find castor oil to be effective if you follow the guidelines strictly. Most of my moles dropped off between 7 to 10 days, and to my amazed, they left no scar whatsoever. I am more confident to the now mole free skin. You got to try this out yourself.
