Are you on any kind of special diet? Do you think you eat healthy?
I would like to find out if those with psoriasis are having good results from diet.
I have read of cures online, here and through google.
I am being tested tomorrow for gluten intolerance and regardless of the results i will be eliminating gluten from my diet. My research has convinced me that gluten is behind many, many different health issues, some that are very serious and some, of which i have.
I just want half a chance of being as well as is possible.
I am also researching the paleo diet, which, (i am pretty sure) is gluten free.
So, please let me know where you stand having psoriasis and your diet. Nothing like getting it from the horse’s mouth
