JOB SUMMARY: We are currently seeking to fill our position of Deputy Director Finance and Operations, in The Dalles, Oregon. This executive leadership position is responsible for oversight of finance, business support, human resources and management information systems for the agency which provides a wide range of services in Mental Health, Alcohol, Drug and Gambling, and Developmental Disabilities to adults, children and families across three counties.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration, or health administration with an MBA and CPA preferred


Demonstrated increasing responsibility in management roles.


At least four years of experience in some combination in accounting, budgeting, data analysis, management database/information systems, human resources and payroll.


Any equivalent combination of related education, experience, and/or training will be considered.
