Moles Removal At Home | Cure Warts, Moles & Skin Tags

Skin moles are so common that just about every person will develop one or more sometime in his/her life. Despite this fact, skin moles are among the most difficult skin conditions for modern medicine to properly treat. Most nevi are brown or black in color. They are so common that they have a wide range of classifications.

In medical terms, a mole is referred to as a melanocytic nevus. Moles appear on the skin as flat or raised dark spots, which can vary dramatically in size and shape, occurring virtually anywhere on the body. A mole is formed when melanin, which is a brown pigment produced by skin cells, develops in high concentrations on the skin.

Fortunately, the vast majority of moles are benign and pose no health threat, though they can be unsightly, which causes many people to seek their removal. However, in some instances, a mole can develop into a cancerous melanoma. If a mole is suspected to be a melanoma, it is important to have a test done to confirm this.

Minimizing exposure to sources of ultraviolet radiation, following sun protection measures and wearing sun protective clothing can offer protection. In the past it was recommended to use sunscreens with an SPF rating of 30 or higher on exposed areas as older sunscreens more effectively blocked UVA with higher SPF.

Currently, newer sunscreen ingredients (avobenzone, zinc, and titanium) effectively block both UVA and UVB even at lower SPFs. However, there are questions about the ability of sunscreen to prevent melanoma. This controversy is well discussed in numerous review articles, and is refuted by most dermatologists.

This correlation might be due to the confounding variable that individuals who used sunscreen to prevent burn might have a higher lifetime exposure to either UVA or UVB. Tanning, once believed to help prevent skin cancers, actually can lead to increase incidence of melanomas. Even though tanning beds emit mostly UVA, which causes tanning, it by itself might be enough to induce melanomas.

A good rule of thumb for decreasing ultraviolet light exposure is to avoid the sun between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. or avoid the sun when your shadow is shorter than your height. These are rough rules, and can vary depending on locality and individual skin cancer risk. When looking for danger signs in pigmented lesions of the skin a few simple rules are often used.

Almost all malignant melanomas start with altering the color and appearance of normal-looking skin. This area may be a dark spot or an abnormal new mole. Other melanomas form from a mole or freckle that is already present in the skin. It is very hard to distinguish the difference between a malignant melanoma and a normal mole.

Confirmation of the clinical diagnosis is either done with an excisional skin biopsy or a small full thickness sampling with a punch skin biopsy. This is usually followed with a follow up wider excision of the scar or tumor. Depending on the stage a sentinel lymph node biopsy is done as well, although controversy exists around trial evidence for this procedure.

Laser and electrocautery treatments are not always effective because they only reach the outermost layers of the skin, while moles penetrate very deep into the dermal tissue, often beyond the reach of these treatments. Surgery, the other option doctors commonly offer, involves cutting out the mole. The resulting wound requires stitches, which will in turn leave a scar.

NeviCurative is a powerful all natural topical treatment proven to eliminate and defeat moles or nevi. The pharmacological strength of NeviCurative provides effective elimination of moles without scarring, tissue damage, or recurrence. The treatment is painless and delivers profound results in the elimination of moles, returning skin tissue back to its original state.

Recent clinical trials have established the ability of the active constituents in NeviCurative to effectively eradicate skin moles and impair the growth of human melanoma cells. NeviCurative has therefore been shown to eliminate even the most stubborn moles, regardless of their location on the body, even when other treatments have failed.

NeviCurative is comprised of certified organic medicinal plant extracts, which have demonstrated their ability to eradicate melanomas and skin tumors in laboratory tests. These extracts have a remarkable array of pharmacological and biochemical properties, which are highly effective in eradicating moles. To learn more, please go to http://www.bcured.net.

HOW and what did you used to remove your moles?

      NO photos showing!
Adam Lambert has the worst acne scars. JLo, even Demi Moore have been seen with scars on their faces during interviews. Seal, the musician, Heidi Klum’s ex have you seen the scar on his face? Demi in October 2012 issue of ‘People magazine, showed her freckles (acne?) on the cover and inside article photo showed she had them removed but there was a ‘hole’ and no makeup could fill that in. LOL Anyway . . . with all their money they’re making now, even beauty products can’t do anything about their faces or should I say scars.
Avoid too much sun exposure, so it won’t make your scars even DARKER permanently. Skin heals. So let your skin heals.

Sunscreens or lotions does not protect you from nasty, painful burns. Lotions does not protect you from skin cancer. Lotions does not protect you from skin diseases. Lotions does not protect you from discolorations – permanently. And lotions does not protect you from skin tags, freckles, moles, they will only get larger, darker, and bumpier as they are exposed from UV.

I had a pimple that never went away, it was in the same area where Liz’ mole was, I felt blessed! But, it got infected because I picked on it & picked on it when it got bumpy, it had been on my face for 4 years. One year it didn’t get bumpy, so it was flat for one year after that. I picked on it again, and now it’s flat and it’s almost faded – like any acne on our faces!!!! But usually, I even try to darken it with eyebrow pencil. I’ve always have clear complexion, but I noticed when it gets cloudy (summer) I couldn’t protect myself from the heat, so that’s why it got bumpy again. It’s been a year, and they’re now flat and lighter.

I had a mole on my thigh that was throbbing. It was the size of a pencil eraser. Dermatologist told me it wasn’t cancer, but I had it removed (3 stitches) but it got infected. I couldn’t keep water from it when I take a shower and it left me a 1 1/2″ scar, but it was still throbbing. My other dermatologist injected something around it, and it got flatter, but the throbbing stopped. That was 6 years ago, but the throbbing starts again, but the scar is almost gone. I should have left it alone, but the throbbing was annoying me!

A pathology report identified it as benign, but the surgeon tested it again. The lab had made an error: The mole was an early stage melanoma.

Moles that are the same color as your skin, will become bumpier, not darker, & larger, but they will become as skin tags. Again, don’t try to cut them yourself without having seen by a doctor. I’ve cut mom’s skin tags, all 37 of them, and only 2 of them bled. But, I put a Band-aid, and it was fine several hours later. You can prevent getting skin tags, moles, freckles by avoiding the sun @ least 95% of the day.

  5. QUESTION:
How do I shave around a mole?
A couple months ago I got a skin colored raised mole on my armpit. It sucks, because there are hairs growing really close to the mole that I can’t shave off! And obviously, I kind of need to shave my armpits. It’s really annoying, because the mold is only hanging on by a very tiny piece of skin! Are there any alternatives that I can use instead of shaving? And if anyone knows of any at home mole removal methods, that would help too. Thanks!

    • ANSWER:
Ask your parents to take you to a dermatologist. If it is hurting, then it could just be irritated or there could be something much more serious going on under your skin.

Most insurances will cover removal of moles that interfere with everyday life. I’ve had several done. Depending on the size, it may require a stitch or two, but only for the really big ones. All they’ve ever done with mine is numb the area and shave them off.

It is standard procedure for all removed moles to be biopsied (checked for cancer) so don’t freak if they mention that.
