Falling Fast

I’m falling fast and can’t stop. I haven’t SI’d for almost a year now and it has come back to haunt me with a passion. It won’t give up…
I promised a friend I would wait until we talked but I don’t know if I can wait until then. My head hurts, my body hurts- the nightmares won’t stop. If I SI, then it all stops. But if I SI then I undo all of the progress I have made.
I am falling fast and I don’t know if I can hold out.
