From the Workshop Manual section 26.10.01 Coolant drain and refill

I’ve been getting along well with the workshop manuals. However, I don’t recognize this illustration.
Where is this plug on the engine block? I would imagine it would be somewhere near the bottom but is it on the front or the back? Drivers side/Passenger side?

Maybe my eyesight is poor but I just don’t see anything resembling this plug.
