April 29, 2013 08:59 AM by Lisa Princ

Jenni JWoww Farley and Snooki aren’t the only former stars of Jersey Shore making headlines lately. Ronnie Ortiz-Magro has also been buzzing the web this morning as the Jersey Shore actor has been hospitalized for what appears to be dreaded kidney stones!

Ronnie Ortiz Magro, also known as simply Ronnie from MTV’s Jersey Shore, has been admitted to the hospital, according to his rep. The 27-year old was admitted due to pain, and is currently being treated for what they think are kidney stones. “Ronnie was admitted to an Orlando area hospital late Saturday night. He’s in a lot of pain and is expected to remain there for several days,” Ortiz-Magro’s rep said in a statement to the press.

Ronnie appears to be in a lot of pain from the kidney stones, but not enough to keep him from updating his faithful fans. Ortiz-Magro took to Twitter to post: “Wouldn’t wish this feeling on anyone!” he wrote. Kidneys. FML.” When fans suggested that he try some protein, Ronnie revealed that he can’t hold any food down due to the pain. Good thing he headed to the hospital – anyone who has had kidney stones, knows exactly how painful they are. We certainly don’t wish them on anyone either.

We hope Ronnie is able to pass the stones quickly. Here’s to a quick recovery – hope you feel better soon Ronnie!
