Conventional medicine would have you believe that only pharmaceutical drugs can control indigestion, heartburn, acid reflux or GERD.
This is simply not the case. Acid reflux medications only address the symptoms. Antacids are, at best, a temporary fix and they are loaded with harmful ingredients such as sodium and aluminum. PPI drugs should only be used for eight weeks, at most. Then what are we to do? These drugs only mask and hide the symptoms of acid reflux and have hundreds of harmful side effects. Acid reflux medication does not heal the acid reflux condition! These drugs do not make us well! They only make the drug makers wealthier at our expense!
