Mark Cuban’s three year old son,
Jake has eczema. Hopefully he will find this blog, follow my advice and be able
to cure his son’s disease.

Eczema is very simple as the body, skin builds up and breaks down
(cleanses)
largely according to food, nutrients, to which there are
only two: building (protein, fat) and
cleansing (water, minerals, sugar, etc.). The correct balance
produces healthy via the correct amount of blood, structure (skin) and function.
The incorrect, any amount, greater or less, in the extreme, cause disease
(eczema, psoriasis, etc.) via too much or too little blood, structure and
function.

Children tend to have weak, cold digestion, as they are
still developing, building up energy, function, heat (digestion, respiration,
elimination, etc.)

Long-term low protein, low fat (soft
dairy, beans, nuts, etc.) and high carbohydrate (processed grains, cereals,
salads, tropical fruits, juices, etc.) diets tend to dilute and weaken digestion
(bloating, gas) , elimination (constipation, loose stools) while reducing
nutrient absorption, blood (blood deficiency, thin blood).

Blood
deficiency in the extreme, tends to weaken, sag, thin, dry, crack and or bleed
the skin in addition to producing partial facial flushing, red spots, splotches,
acne, eczema, exposed capillaries, blue veins and or
translucent skin.

Blood deficiency also weakens, cools and dampens the
lungs (coughing, mucous, phlegm, sneezing, shortness of breath, asthma, sleep
apnea, etc.),

The cure is easy if you know basic biology (structure,
function, disease, diet, nutrition, etc.) and can eat intelligently, simply. For
children the worst foods are milk (any kind) and cereal, ice cream, tropical
fruits, juices, cold drinks, ice water, sodas, etc. The best foods are
vegetable soups (no tomatoes, potatoes or eggplant) with spices, (cardamom,
cumin, coriander, fennel, black pepper, turmeric, etc.), cooked not overcooked
vegetables (still crunchy), cooked fruits with ginger, cinnamon), stews,
chicken, turkey, eggs and or hard cheese, peppermint tea, etc.

Case
history:
In 1989, I developed a bad, hideous case of
eczema.
It first started as a pimple, blister on my index finger (left
hand) that quickly multiplied over the next few months into a multitude of
blisters, cracked skin, bleeding, pus, etc. that not only covered the entire
back of my left hand and fingers, but was also starting to crawl up, infect the
arm. Two fingers on my right hand were also starting to infect. This happened
while I was running my health food store and going to acupuncture school. It was
gross. I wore surgical gloves during the day. I tried every Chinese herbal
remedy. Nothing worked. My skin, hands were getting worse. I eventually turned
to Ayurvedic Medicine via Ayurvedic Healing, and Yoga of Herbs by Dr.
David Frawley, O.M.D., which recommended the use of spices. My diet at the time
was bland, low protein, low fat, sweet and cooling. I was living in Florida . I
reduced juices, fruits while increasing protein, fat, cooked foods and spices. I
always used at least five spices. Within three weeks, my eczema cleared up. My
digestion also improved less bloating, gas, burping, farting, etc. I did have
eczema as a teenager (not as serious).
