Frequently Asked Questions

  1. QUESTION:
What causes eczema and what makes it pop up in different places?
I have eczema on the back of two of my fingers and now I’m getting it inside my elbow (where it bends). I also have a patch of it on the back of my leg. What causes it and why does it show up in such random places?

    • ANSWER:
Eczema is caused by a lack of Vitamin E and dry skin. Avoid pool water. Always moisturize. My index finger has eczema too. I used to have it inside my elbows and other fingers. But they are all gone. Use steroid creams (prescribed by your doctor of course). Try shea butter for your skin. Use lotion with oatmeal. Use Ucerin cream for your hands. Do not let them stay dry. Eczema usually show up in joints (inside elbows and knees) and palm of hands (mostly fingers) and maybe feet. Use Aveeno cream (it has oatmeal formula). Hope this helps. It is not curable (Im mad about that). It’s usually seasonal (usually summer for me). Might be winter for you. It’s treatable by using the steps above. Good luck!

  2. QUESTION:
Get rid of discoloration from eczema?
I had eczema on my back and I used to scratch and the scars healed about a week ago but the skin is still pink and it’s pretty obvious since I’m black. Any ides how to help?

      Hi,

This is a demo video to watch for the eczema cure as seen in Japan. It is not used in Hospitals all over the world yet but as more people get this water then they will all see that Eczema is curable.

You can try to get free alkaline water – place a wanted add on http://craigslist.com Place a add to ask for 8.5 PH drinking water, and hope that the person can also make 2.5 PH water. Drinking the alkaline water will help, even if you can not spray the 2.5 PH water on your skin and hair.

I have been helping a friend get rid of his psoriasis on his skin, it covers about 2 square feet of his arms and hands.

He has been spraying on 2.5 PH water for about a month now, and it is working. He is also drinking 9.5 PH water. His wife has MS, and is also drinking the 9.5 PH alkaline water, and is doing much better.

      Good Luck!

  3. QUESTION:
I have hand eczema, is it possible that eczema could also give me blisters on my feet?
My feet are looking like my hands. I have been getting the same small tiny blisters that grow larger on my feet. Sometimes the blisters cover an entire foot or I would have large and small blisters all over both feet.
I have to use a prescription cream for my hand ezcema called Triamcinolone 0.1% because my doctor found that I was allergic to just about every cream on the market. My doctor told me to use this on my feet. It cleared up and a few weeks later they come back again. I go back to the doctor on Wednesday for a follow-up. I have new shoes, new socks, and new house shoes still the blisters come back.
I have very sensitive skin and products on the market for sensitive skin the doctor found I was allergic to them, too.

If anyone else has this problem, how do you deal with it? Any suggestions that you have used that worked would be greatly appreciated.
    Thank you!

    • ANSWER:
Yes, eczema is found on the feet and if triamcinolone made it better then what you have is most likely eczema. Triamcinolone is a pretty weak steroid cream so if it’s working for you than that is a good thing. Pustular psoriasis was an excellent answer too but that would not clear up with such a weak cream. Diet has nothing to do with eczema, so don’t worry about that.
Eczema will come and go, it is not curable, just treatable so keep the cream around the house and as like any steroid creams, use it only when needed.

  4. QUESTION:
LOTION THAT WILL COMPLETELY CURE ECZEMA FOR GOOD?
I have really bad eczema on my hands (OCD) and I originally used Nivea but it wasn’t helping and I figured out it had ingredients that dried out the skin. Now I am using Gold Bond. And I am seeing somewhat of an improvement, but it is not completely gone. What lotion/cream will completely get rid of it for good?

Please help! Best answer gets 10 points!

    • ANSWER:
Eczema is not curable, I know I’ve had it for 56 years. There are things to use that can help. First it’s a good idea to see a dermatologist. I have tried many over the counter lotions that did not help. I have to stay away from anything that has perfume or any sign of a scent in it, including laundry soap. I am now using Lubriderm lotion, Intense Skin Repair. It does help. When my hands get real bad where they’re cracking and itching I use an oatmeal paste to help stop the itching. Mix in a bowl a small amount of oatmeal (not instant) and enough warm water to make a paste, rub onto hands and keep on for about 10 minutes, then rinse off. It can get very expensive using different products just to see which ones work the best for you but once you find what works don’t switch. I also use a cream called Fluocinonide which a doctor will have to prescribe. When I use it (usually at night) I wear a pair of white cotton gloves. I hope this helps.
