Have been taking Nexium for acid reflux for over a year and still having extreme acid reflux anyone have any remedies to help.

I cured my Acid Reflux, BUT what I did will NOT work if you continue taking any medication at all.

I took Vinegar Capules for about 3 months according to the directions on the bottle. It also helps if you do not eat for 3 hours before bedtime.
