Suggested to write out the original situation that your symptoms seem to feed on in as much detail as possible to find the triggers as words, thoughts, images, back-chat, visualisations, emotional and physical reactions for a start. Consider where you were at the time you decided for yourself that the situation amounts to ‘having significant difficulties’, name the fear that came up, describe the stress on all levels.
Also suggested to see an endocrinologist to check whether the pituitary is operating normally. My daughter’s was constricted and caused her to sweat profusely.
